Mark Rasmus, MD

Dr. Mark Rasmus leads a distinguished sleep medicine practice in Boise, Idaho, and offers expert consulting services to medical professionals aiming to establish or enhance their own sleep labs. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and a medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine.

Dr. Rasmus is board certified in pediatrics, internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, critical care, and sleep medicine.

His extensive experience includes conducting clinical research and publishing articles on sleep-disordered breathing and CPAP humidification. As an active member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP), Dr. Rasmus stays at the forefront of advancements in sleep medicine. He also serves as a medical consultant for Fisher & Paykel Healthcare.

In recognition of his expertise, Dr. Rasmus was appointed as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Washington Department of Medicine in 2007. Mark is an avid outdoor enthusiast, and it not uncommon to see him on the slopes in the U.S., Japan, China or some other remote area. His leisure time is spent with his family in Boise, Idaho.
