Steve Vinci, BA, RRT

Biography

Steve has over 45 years of healthcare experience, specializing in the management of respiratory departments and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) organizations. In his most recent leadership role, he served as Chief Executive of a $30 million medical equipment business. Steve’s expertise is widely recognized, having served on numerous boards and committees, including the California Association of Medical Product Suppliers (CAMPS), the California Society for Respiratory Care (CSRC), and as chair of The Joint Commission’s PTAC committee.

Nationally acclaimed for his knowledge in DME operations, accreditation, and regulatory compliance, Steve holds an Associate Degree in Science in Respiratory Therapy, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, and he’s a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).

He has also served as a field surveyor and consultant for both DME and sleep medicine, bringing invaluable insights to his consulting practice.

Outside of his professional life, Steve is an avid golfer and fisherman, and enjoys time with his wife, two daughters, and their families.
