L.J. Overall, RPSGT, RST

L.J. has over 15 years of specialized experience in the sleep medicine industry, with deep roots in the Treasure Valley of Idaho. His extensive background spans several critical roles:

• Polysomnographic Technician, RSPGT at Idaho Sleep Health (2010-2014)
• Director of Operations at Idaho Sleep Health (2014-2017)
• Director of Practice Operations at Salter Medical Group (2017-2019)
• General Manager and Partner at Everything CPAP, Boise, ID (2019 – present)

A Boise State University alumnus with a major in Health Science and a minor in Psychology, L.J. is deeply passionate about sleep medicine. He finds fulfillment in helping patients diagnosed with sleep-related breathing disorders understand and manage their treatment.

L.J. is certified by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Sleep Technologists (RPSGT License #15005, since 2010) and the American Board of Sleep Medicine as a Registered Sleep Technologist (RST License #3588, since 2012). Additionally, he is a certified BLS Healthcare Provider for CPR and AED.

Active in his professional community, L.J. volunteers with the Idaho Medical Group Management Association, the Idaho Sleep Disorders Association, and the Boy Scouts of America, Ore-Ida Council Oregon Trail District. In his leisure time, he enjoys fly fishing the beautiful rivers of Idaho with his wife and two daughters.
