Client: A Southern-US Veteran’s Administration (VA) home care program desiring Joint Commission (TJC) accreditation preparation.

- Full Joint Commission accreditation was achieved.
- Only two Requirements for Improvement RFI’s) were noted by the TJC survey team during subsequent survey.
- Performance improvement scores met or exceeded organizational benchmarks prior to TJC on-site survey.
